Oak Lake-Brandon 2 Reston 1 (OT)
Ryan Halliday scored at 2:56 of overtime to lift the Oak Lake-Brandon Icemen to a 2-1 win over the Reston Rockets in a North Central Hockey League contest in Reston on Monday, Nov. 10.
There was no scoring in the game until the third period when Jason Roblin gave the Rockets a 1-0 lead. Just over three minutes later, Brett Boschman tied the score for the Icemen.
Mike Nichol made 42 saves to earn the win for the Icemen, while Neil Harrison stopped 35 shots for Reston.

Miniota-Elkhorn 7 Grandview 4
Steve Dubois scored twice as the 56'ers scored a 7-4 win over the Comets in Elkhorn on Sunday, Nov. 9.
Duncan Lelond, Tyler Mitchell, Kelsey McLeod, Mike Glover and Justin Huberdeau added singles for the hosts, who led 3-1 and 4-2 by periods.
Brant Crowe, Jerron Kyle, Stephan Stoski and Chris Porter replied for the Comets.

Miniota-Elkhorn 8 Virden 1
Mike Huberdeau and Luke Lelond scored two goals each as the 56'ers dumped the Oil Kings 8-1 in Virden on Saturday, Nov. 8.
Miniota-Elkhorn, who led 2-0 and 3-0 at the intermissions, also received goals from Tyler Mitchell, Sean McKean, Jordan Mitchell and Mike Glover.
Darcy Clarke had the only Virden goal.

Oak Lake-Brandon 12 Birtle 4
Last year's Manitoba Junior Hockey League scoring leader Bryan Kauk scored four goals as the Icemen whipped the Bruins 12-4 in Birtle on Saturday, Nov. 8.
Landon Desjardin and Richard Didluck added two goals each for the visitors, while Brett Boschman, Darryl Gosseye, Adam Hetherington and Jordan Zenk notched singles.
Kirby Ashcroft, Yanick Huberdeau, Derrick Jensen and Gabriel Huberdeau replied for the Bruins, who led 2-0 after the first period but trailed 5-2 after 40 minutes.

Reston 6 Shoal Lake 5
Derek Elliott's second goal of the game with 2:42 left in the third period lifted the Rockets past the Eagles on Saturday, Nov. 8 in Reston.
Kurtis Callander also scored twice for the hosts, who led 3-2 after the first period. The teams were tied 3-3 after 40 minutes. Kent Schiltroth and Anthony Druwe also scored for Reston.
Nathan Holovach and Rob Eastcott each scored twice for the Eagles, with Keith Spencer adding the other.

Grandview 10 Minnedosa 5
Derek Pulock had a hat trick as the Comets doubled the Bombers 10-5 in Grandview on Saturday, Nov. 8.
Colin Scotland added a pair of goals for the hosts, who led 7-3 after the second period. The teams were tied 3-3 after 20 minutes. Single markers were added by Steegan Stoski, Darryl Smilski, Kaine Morran, Scott Crowe and Brett Ewanyshyn.
Devon Foord had a hat trick in a losing cause for the Bombers, with Wes Lewis adding a pair.

Shoal Lake 7 Minnedosa 2
Robby Memryk and Joel Ostash each scored twice to lead the Shoal Lake Eagles to a 7-2 win over the Minnedosa Bombers in Shoal Lake on Wednesday, Nov. 5 to open the North Central Hockey League season.
The Eagles, who led 4-0 and 5-1 at the intermissions, also received goals from Jay Thiesen, Jory Cochrane and Robbie Eastcott.
Tyler Jacobson and Devon Foord replied for the Bombers.
Dale Martin stopped 27 shots in goal for the Eagles, while Trent Madill made 29 saves for the Bombers.
